Always prompt, very professional, super clean (I am really fussy about cleanliness - they covered everything with dust cloths, wore shoe covers whenever inside my home), very polite, friendly, explained everything, sought my decision where options arose during the installation, refused to give up on a tricky part until it was perfect without my involvement.
