Working Practices


We are still providing our full range of air conditioning services and have undertaken a comprehensive range of precautionary measures to ensure our clients and engineers remain safe during these unprecedented times. Below you will find that we have put together an informational poster for your assurance which details our Safe Working Practices.

1.

All of our installation materials or servicing materials will be delivered tosite via courier ahead of time. These will not need to be physically signed for by the client.

2.

Our engineers will arrive on site already wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). This will include face masks, visors, protective eye wear and overalls.

3.

The client will receive a call from the engineer when they have arrived outside, and can communicate any relevant details of the job. We will maintain a safe working distance of at least 2 meters at all times.

The client will open the door to the property, and direct the engineer to the working area maintaining 2 meters at all times

Where ever possible, the client will leave the engineer to work alone and can communicate via telephone if required. Where this is not possible, the client will maintain social distancing at all times

6.

When the engineer leaves the property, they will take care to remove all of their equipment and PPE ensuring that the area is left free from material, disinfected and ready for the client to use.
